Miley Cyrus has flashed the Queen some serious boobage. The 17-year-old performer, who is often criticized for wearing inappropriate for her age clothes, wore a long orange dress that displayed a lot of her chest flesh while meeting the U.K.’s Queen Elizabeth in London.
