Computer games Capcom’s Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G –known as Monster Hunter Freedom Unite in the west– has set a PSP sales record. Since its release in October 2008 the game has sold over 3.5 million copies and is a regular on the Japanese weekly top 10 list. It’s the first PSP title to reach the 3.5 million mark.
