Women Naxals kill 18 policemen
Violence is normally associated with men but, the recent killing of 18 policemen in an ambush in Maharashtra-Chhattisgarh border was planned and executed by women naxalites. Their leader is a 40-year old who is known as Tarakka. She is the wife of the local leader and in-charge of the Maharashtra region.
